What makes a day enough?
A 90-minute gathering for anyone feeling stretched thin, behind, or caught in the endless doing. Slow down enough to reconnect with your values and explore what actually makes a day feel enough.
Tuesday, November 10th
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

You don’t need more to do.
You need space for what matters.
When was the last time you went to bed feeling, “I’m so proud of myself”?
Not because you finished everything. But because you spent the day in a way that felt true to you.
Your days feel full. But do they feel like yours?
Sometimes overwhelm isn’t asking us to try harder, it’s inviting us to pause, listen, and ask what we really need.
You’re doing so much
But at the end of the day, you still feel like it wasn't enough.Your days feel full
Yet the things that matter most keep getting pushed back. You show up for everyone else
And somehow, there's less and less for yourself. What we’ll explore together
We’ll step out of the rush and into a warm, reflective space. Together, we will explore three meaningful questions:
Reconnect with your values
Does how I spend my days reflect what I actually value?
Make room for what matters
What do I want to make more room for? And what is taking up that space now?
Question the pressure
What am I telling myself about being behind or not doing enough?
What to Expect
Together, we’ll move through guided exercises and visualizations, journaling, and meaningful conversation, with practical tools you can continue using in your everyday life.
You’ll be invited to share and participate, but there is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable to you.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you. More awareness on what you want to make space for. More intention on who you spend your time with. More compassion in your daily life.
Meet Aileen
I’m a certified Heal Your Life Coach and the founder of With Joy, Aileen.
My own self-love journey started when I was in the trenches of low self-worth and a cruel inner critic. I thought that if I accomplished, completed, dieted, worked out, and made myself “pretty enough,” I would be lovable.
I ran around looking for love and validation, not realizing I was the treasure I had been seeking.
This journey has taught me that I am not a problem to be fixed, but a person to be loved. The practices we’ll explore are rooted in the same work that has transformed my own relationship with myself, and ultimately, my life.
I created this gathering because I believe so deeply we all deserve spaces where we slow down, take off the pressure to perform or have it all together (whatever that even means), and simply be together.
It would truly be an honor to hold that space for you <3
An evening to slow down, listen to yourself, and connect with others who know what it feels like to carry so much.
