For years, I believed my worth came from what I achieved. The grades, the career milestones, the responsibilities I carried, the ways I showed up for everyone else. I thought if I just did enough, succeeded enough, and held everything together well enough, I would finally feel secure in myself.

On the outside, things looked strong. I built a career in corporate finance, navigated high-pressure environments, and became someone people could rely on. But internally, I often felt disconnected from myself, overwhelmed, self-critical, and quietly exhausted from always trying to prove I was “enough.”

Eventually, life brought me to a moment where pushing harder wasn’t working anymore. I hit a personal low point that forced me to pause and really look inward. That’s when I discovered the Heal Your Life® philosophy inspired by Louise Hay, and it changed everything.

Through that work, I learned something simple but profound. You don’t earn your worth. You remember it. Self-love isn’t something you achieve after you fix yourself. It’s what allows healing, growth, and confidence to happen in the first place.

That shift reshaped how I see myself, my relationships, my career, and my purpose. Today, I integrate that philosophy with practical tools, emotional grounding, and real-life strategy to support others who want to feel more connected, steady, and compassionate toward themselves.

I now coach people who want to strengthen their relationship with themselves, feel grounded during emotional or uncertain times, build self-trust and confidence, and move forward without abandoning themselves in the process.

My approach is warm, honest, and practical. I’m not here to fix you because you are not broken. I’m here to walk alongside you as you build a deeper sense of self-love, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
